Healthy Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

Did you know the potato chip was accidental? When a customer complained that his potato fries were too thick, the Chef George Crum, decided to make a french fry that was as thin as paper, just to show his customer a bit of sass. Turns out he had created the chip at that moment and is one of the most popular snack foods in the US today. (from Inventors.com)

Alas. My moment of glory. My accidental recipe. Please picture me with some sort of crazy hat on, bunsen burners, sparks flying everywhere, you know the like.

A Bluberry Muffin Smoothie. Tastes exactly like a muffin, it’s insane. I haven’t even finishes licking my lips from my last sip as I post this now. I have to share.

2 handfuls of fresh blueberries

3/4 cup. Almond Milk

1 banana

1 Activia blueberry yogurt

1 handful of fresh spinach

1 handful of ice

Blend together and enjoy. Feel free to increase or decrease the amount of ice and milk according to your liking.

Warning: You just might never go back to the real blubbery muffins again.

my passion for smoothies couldn’t resist commenting on this, jeniece, haha! It sounds heavenly (is almond milk transformational or what?!) but makes me depressed bc our american vita-mix doesn’t work with euro voltage (needs a massive, expensive, hard to find adapter) so we’ve been smoothie-less for 7 months. Sending love to your sweet fam, especially your love child πŸ˜‰ keep up the smoothie art! the best.
